Individual Coaching Policies

Coaching services provided consist of:

  • Three to four in-person meetings per month (as per agreement)
  • Homework and / or self-study materials
  • At the discretion of the Coach: weekly phone or e-mail follow-up
The client is aware and agrees to the following policies:

Coaching is not counseling, psychotherapy, or any other form of mental health care treatment or therapy. Nor is it to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, or other qualified professionals. Above all, if appropriate, the Client will seek independent professional guidance in the areas indicated above. Similarly, the Client understands that all decisions and actions in these areas are the Client’s sole responsibility.

Success in meeting the Client’s goals is not guaranteed.

If the Client is late for a session, the session will complete at the scheduled time.

Shipping Information policies

Products that are electronically delivered are generally available immediately when ordered. In addition, online coaching may require up to 24 business hours of preparation to provide the access to online coaching materials. In other words, online coaching consists of giving the buyer an account online, with access to links for the interactive coursework.

Products that are physical (CDs, books) are generally shipped and delivered within seven business days or less. In addition, shipment is provided via US mail. However, other delivery options available include UPS delivery and accelerated delivery.

Cancellations Policy

Individual Coaching Policies

If the Client cancels a session, the Coach and Client will make reasonable efforts to re-schedule the session within the timeframe of this Agreement. Additionally, if it becomes impossible to re-schedule a session canceled by the Client, then at Coach’s discretion, that session may become a missed session that will not be made up.

The Coach recommends and prefers that cancellations be at least 24 hours before a scheduled session. In other words, this allows the coach’s effective use of time as well as to increase the opportunity for re-scheduling.

Growthshops and other group work

For most events run by Coach that involve a scheduled date and group attendance, individuals can receive an unconditional and full refund if canceled at least 48 hours prior.

However, for some events that have special requirements such as space reservations or small-group size, specific cancellation policies may be provided to registrants. For instance, they will be included and visible at the time of registration for the event before payment is completed.

Returns / Refunds Policy

For CDs, books, and other physical products, a refund will be provided if the request is made within 10 days of receipt of that product. In addition, the product is returned undamaged and complete within 30 days of receipt of the product. However, the refund amount will be product price and any sales tax, but excluding any shipping and handling fees. Similarly, a refund will be provided after the Coach receives the returned physical product in question.

For self-study classes and gift certificates (the unused portion of gift certificates), a 30-day unconditional refund policy applies.

Policies for in-person engagements such as individual coaching, group coaching, and professional speaking, are provided under Terms and Conditions above, or with the Agreement for that specific engagement.

For activities provided in an outside location, special conditions may apply based on the hosting sites return / refund policies.

Privacy Policy

All personal information (name, address, phone number, email address, and so on) is kept private and is never given away, rented, or sold to third parties. If you subscribe to any newsletter or blog provided by Tildet or Growing With Truth Inc. you will be able easily to unsubscribe at any time.

For all coaching and in-person events, the content of the sessions and any notes kept are confidential. The Coach will not disclose the information Client shares during sessions (individual or group), except as authorized by Client in writing or as required by law.

Client understands that on occasion Coach may anonymously share completely generalized information for training, or for consultation purposes with other coaching professionals. Client’s identity and any information that could lead to Client’s identification will remain entirely confidential.
